Terms of Use

Welcome to Voicely. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voicely mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Service

Voicely provides an AI-powered tool designed to transcribe audio, generate summaries, and provide reply suggestions. Because our service relies heavily on advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies, the outputs (transcriptions and insights) are generated dynamically.

2. Usage Limits and Plan Caps

Voicely enforces plan-based usage limits and a per-audio duration cap. Under the current configuration, free accounts are limited to 15 audio minutes per month and 1 transcript per month. Premium accounts are limited to 600 audio minutes per month and 500 transcripts per month. Each individual audio file is limited to 1,200 seconds (20 minutes).

3. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Accuracy

We strive to provide highly accurate transcriptions and helpful summaries. However, Artificial Intelligence is not flawless.

• The App may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted text.
• You should not rely on Voicely’s outputs for critical, legal, medical, or financial matters without independently verifying the original audio.
• The service is provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

4. Your Data and User Responsibilities

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your audio files or transcriptions. Everything remains on your local device.

• Ownership: You maintain full ownership and responsibility for any audio files you process using the App.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to process, transcribe, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes upon another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Acceptable Use

To ensure a reliable experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the performance or security of the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any way that circumvents intended usage limits or attempts to scrape data from our underlying AI providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, interfaces, and underlying code of the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Voicely. Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your personal or professional convenience, but does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voicely and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages relating to data loss, inaccurate transcriptions, or reliance on AI-generated summaries.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We are constantly improving Voicely. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
