Voicely (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is built with your privacy as a primary focus. This Privacy Policy explains our general practices regarding your data when you use the Voicely mobile application (the “App”).

1. Zero Data Storage Guarantee

Our core principle is simple: We do not store your data.

• No Audio Storage: While the App requires access to your audio files to provide transcription services, we never save, store, or host these audio files on our servers.
• No Transcript Storage: The text generated from your audio files (transcriptions, summaries, and AI insights) is processed dynamically and returned directly to your device. We do not keep a copy of your transcripts.
• 100% Local: All your data remains stored purely locally on your device.
• Future Storage (iCloud): If we ever introduce a backup or cloud synchronization feature in the future, it will operate exclusively via your personal Apple iCloud account. We will never have access to your synchronized data.

2. How We Process Information

To provide you with high-quality transcriptions and insights, we utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence services (Google Gemini).

• Data Processing: When you initiate a transcription, your audio data is securely transmitted for real-time AI processing.
• Service Monitoring: Our AI provider (Google) may temporarily hold processed data for up to 55 days strictly for automated abuse monitoring and policy compliance, after which it is permanently deleted. They do not use your personal data to train their commercial public models.

3. General Analytics (Optional)

We may collect basic, anonymous usage data (such as app open rates or crash reports) to help us identify bugs and improve the user experience. This data cannot be traced back to you or linked to the content of your audio files.

4. Your Control

Because your data lives on your device, you are entirely in control:

• Deleting an audio item or transcript within the App permanently removes it from your device.
• Deleting the App permanently removes all associated local data.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the App or update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
